FHAM Exhibition and International Culinary the leading annual festive for the Hospitality Industry of Maldives gathers the entire Tourism Industry to meet under-one roof during the event. It attracts the Owners, Senior Management and other staff of Resorts, Hotels, Guest Houses, Safari Boat Operators and Owners, Restaurants and Cafeterias to visit the Exhibition that showcases a wide range of products and services offered by International and Local companies to the Tourism Industry of Maldives.

With more than 110 stalls represented by more than 50 companies from Local, Regional and International demonstrating their products and services to the Hospitality Industry of Maldives makes it the largest gathering of the Industry in the Maldives. Food & Beverage, Kitchen Equipments and Systems, Amenities, Cutleries and Crockery, Furniture and many more product ranges that required by the Hospitality Industry are been presented and offered.

FHAM International Culinary Challenge that is held concurrently with the Exhibition attracts more than 500 chefs from almost all the resorts and hotels to take part in the World Association of Chefs and Society (WACS) Endorsed and Certified event that is organized in partnership with Chef Guilds of Maldives (CGM) and Chef Guilds of Lanka (CGL).

The is organized in association with Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Studies, Ministry of Tourism Arts and Culture, Ministry of Economic Development and Maldives National Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The involvement of all these organizations and institutions of Maldives makes it the Official Exhibition and Culinary Challenge for the Hospitality Industry of Maldives.

    FHAM International Culinary Challenge & Exhibition is recorded as the premier event experienced by the Hospitality Industry in the Maldives. The main objective of FHAM is to facilitate trade between the exhibitors from all over the world, offering products and services required by the world class Tourism industry of the Maldives.

    The International Culinary Challenge organized in collaboration with the Chefs Guild of the Maldives and the Chefs Guild of Lanka will take place as the core of the exhibition. The event attracts as many as 500 Chefs from over 75 Resorts, Hotels and Restaurants in the Maldives and region, who will compete for culinary honors. FHAM International Culinary Challenge & Exhibition is the only event supported by the WACS (World Association of Chefs Societies). The Culinary Challenge will act as a meeting ground plus an ideal platform for all local and international food and beverage executives to meet chefs and discuss their requirements on a personalized note during the event.
